Tips for Making Smothered Sausage and Potatoes

The best thing about this recipe is that it'south more of a method. You can make some elementary swaps to fit what you have on paw. Here are a few of my favorite tips.

  • Bandy the potatoes. No russet potatoes? No problem! Apply yukon golds, red potatoes or whatever you have in your pantry.

  • Olive Oil
  • Beef Smoked Sausage
  • Russet Potatoes
  • Frozen Bell Peppers and Onions Mix
  • Common salt
  • Blackness Pepper
  • Garlic Powder
  • Chicken Broth

How to Make It:

Chocolate-brown the sausage. Showtime, you'll heat olive oil in a dutch oven and brown the slices of smoked sausage for two-three minutes on each side. Ready bated on a plate.
